Terms & Conditions
This page covers what account and score data the league site collects, why, and who can see it. It doesn't cover in-person conduct at league night — talk to an organizer if you have questions about that.

What we collect
Two kinds of data are involved in using this site:
- Account info, from signing in with Clerk (our sign-in provider) to submit scores, view your Game History, or reach the admin center: your email address and whatever name/username your Clerk account has on file.
- Submitted game data, when you log a round: the commander and partner you played (matched against public Scryfall card data — card names, IDs, and images, not personal information), your seat and placement that round, which scoring items you earned, and the date. Each round you submit is tied to your signed-in account's email.
Why we collect it
Account info ties a submission to a real, signed-in person rather than an anonymous form post, so results are trustworthy. Submitted game data is what powers Standings — including every player's full game-by-game history, at their own public profile page linked from their name — the Commander Dashboard, and your own private Game History page.
Who can see it
- You can see your own submitted games any time via Game History.
- Anyone can see full game-by-game history for any player (by whatever name they submitted under) at a public profile page linked from their name on Standings — commander/partner played, seat, table, placement, and every specific scoring item earned that round — plus aggregated results on the Commander Dashboard. If you've linked a Moxfield profile on your own Game History page, that link is shown there too. Your email itself is never shown publicly.
- League admins can see every submission (including your email) to moderate the data — for example, deleting a duplicate or test entry. Every admin action is logged with who made it and when.
Where it's stored, and who else touches it
Game data lives in a Cloudflare database used only by this site. Sign-in is handled entirely by Clerk, which stores your account credentials on our behalf — we never see or store your password. Commander/partner autocomplete looks up public card data from Scryfall; that lookup only involves card names, not anything about you. This site also uses Google Analytics to understand how it's used — which pages get visited and which actions (like submitting scores or checking in) happen, in aggregate. Google Analytics never receives your name, email, or submitted game data — only anonymized usage events. Nobody's individual data is sold or shared with advertisers; only that aggregated, anonymized usage data reaches Google Analytics, and nothing else here goes beyond running this league.
We also partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors interact with our public pages — behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings, used only to improve the site, never to advertise or market to you. On any signed-in page (submitting scores, your Game History, the admin center), Clarity is configured to mask all page content in its recordings by default, so player names, emails, and game data are never visible in them. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. For more on how Microsoft collects and uses this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
